Precision ManifoldsPolymer manifolds are subjected to high pressures and temperatures. They also go through regular "burn-out" maintenance cycles. Tough conditions for equipment that should last for 20 years. Core piping ranges in sizes from 1/4" sch 40 to 2" sch 160. A unique feature of manifolds is that all core pipe is the same length from a central point to all the legs. Fabrication requires experience with high precision tolerances in order to ensure maximum repeatability. We use fixtures aligned with transit and experienced craftsmen to get the quality that is required for manifolds.
