Steam System Audit

If you have issues with steam traps and need a solution, CSI can provide a steam trap survey and overall heating system evaluation. Based on our evaluation, we recommend areas for better performance and efficiency and provide solutions to your heating system problems.
Every steam system consists of the following major components (at a minimum): Boiler, Steam Header, Steam Manifold, Heating Circuits, Condensate Header, and Condensate Manifold. The three key considerations that must be analyzed in a steam system are piping geometry, maintaining steam pressure, and steam traps. |
